It is a basic menu, just two toggles: On, and Intensity.
- PC only
- This effect is local to you, and will not be seen by your friends, so it won't alter their vision, only yours.
- It doesn't overwhelm things like most UI, menus, or Fish! minigames.
- It won't darken personal mirrors.
