If something sucks, I will fix it. Even if it takes me a long time to do so, like bases, for instance, and even if you have to deal with a million updates as I learn new things.

I am constantly growing and learning, so revisiting old products will occur. If it's bad and I can't fix it without remaking it, I'll retire it or make it a freebie.

If a new VRChat update renders a feature useless, I will at least try to fix old stuff [like all the package updates for nsfw texture data, optis being made medium due to new compression, etc.]

Your email, discord username and Payhip ID are collected by default for license verification, but only shared with other creators in my team if your file is leaked. (So they can block you from purchasing as well.)

Your VRChat account ID may be collected. (this is kinda like an avatar ID, it just is a number saying 'this is this person' even if you change your username. Anyone can view this public information by visiting your profile on the VRC website.)

I don't research regular customers or view checkout forms except quarterly/yearly to determine if there's any invalid checkout forms "me", "no" as discord/vrc

Payhip allows shops to delete and reject reviews.

I do not. I believe that taking bad reviews into consideration and resolving the issue if possible is important to a shop's integrity. [i.e., Sacred Mechanisms has a bad review because he did not upload due to high texture memory. I updated all packages to have better texture memory.]

The only time a review is taken down is under two conditions:

We may pardon infringements one year after the offense, but this depends on the severity.
