• Upon purchase and payment in full,

you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Avatar solely for personal, non-commercial use within VRChat, in accordance with VRChat's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You do not own the Avatar Character; all rights, title, and interest remain with GMsBox. This license is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

• When purchasing for someone else, you must use the gift function.
• No assets can be taken off the model.
• Absolutely NO sharing of the package, uploading for someone other than yourself, sending the unitypackage or fbx, textures or assets over messaging platforms or uploading platforms/published online.
• Do NOT UPLOAD A PAID AVATAR AS A PUBLIC. 
• Do not claim as your own.
• If the avatar is used in a commission- (Unity edits, blender edits, conversion for vtuber streaming, etc) both parties must own the model.
• PRICE SPLITTING is not allowed.
• Conversion for R18+ uses are allowed as long as YOU and the MODEL are an adult. However, I never want to be able to find this out or see it, so do not post explicit photos or videos to the internet using my models for nsfw purposes. Keep private things private.
• Any sfw photos, streaming, videos, etc, using our models we appreciate credit! 
• At the time of purchase, Discord and VRChat username are filled out correctly.

You agree not to:

• Engage in, facilitate, or participate in activities involving the unauthorized ripping, copying, modifying, distributing, or pirating of the Avatar or any related VRChat content, including but not limited to joining or contributing to Discord servers, forums, or communities focused on such activities (e.g., sharing ripped assets or tools for extraction).

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or revoke your license, download credits, and access to the Avatar without notice or refund if we determine, that you have violated these Terms.

All payments are final and non-refundable upon download or access, as the Avatar is digital content provided instantly. You waive any right to refund or compensation in such cases.

⋆˚࿔ Editing AVATARS is always permitted and encouraged, make it your own!

You can add clothes, personalize textures, add extra hairs, etc freely.

However, you can’t:

• Make it completely unrecognizable (as in remove every defining feature of the character: like, for Cerulean, to swap out all markings + all fluff + all clothing + all textures + all hairs). Basically if you’re just using the body base to build an entirely new character that’s asset mining :D (you can open a ticket to ask if you’re doing something that extensive!)
• Head swap or torso swap to a different base
• Remove my logo from the menu and/or avatar
• Edit in a way that is political or obscene (extreme realistic gore, etc)
• Change a chibi to be nsfw, inappropriate, or promotes violence against children

⋆˚࿔ By purchasing an asset from this shop, you agree to the following terms of service:

• No part of assets purchased are to be leaked, resold, traded, published online, shared with friends or partners, or redistributed for any purpose, except for on a completed for-sale avatar.
• Only free assets are allowed for use on free and nitro models. You may not use a paid asset on a free vrchat model.
• Listings of avatars including our assets must be credited with the link to the product, not just to the store, please!
• At the time of purchase, Discord and VRChat username are filled out correctly.

• Use as a part Of a finished avatar you are selling, to an individual or to the general market.
• Commission - The customer is not allowed to take the asset off of the finished product you made for them.

However, you can’t:

• Edit in a way that is political or obscene (extreme realistic gore, etc)
• Resell as your own (unless as a finished part of an avatar for sale) 
• Resell anything with parts or meshes or textures you’ve taken from the asset (except as a completed avatar project.)
