If something sucks, I will fix it.

Even if it takes me a long time to do so, like bases, for instance, and even if you have to deal with a million updates as I learn new things.

I am constantly growing and learning, so revisiting old products will occur. If it's bad and I can't fix it without remaking it, I'll retire it or make it a freebie.

If a new VRChat update renders a feature useless, I will at least try to fix old stuff [like all the package updates for nsfw texture data, optis being made medium due to new compression, etc.]

The downside of this?

This means if I come back to a product and it sucks, I will update it-- and then, if another creator has made something fitting my item like a base, it may not fit anymore. (Both of my bases got a complete rework.) \

I have a 24/7 legal team that constantly submits DMCA takedowns and relevant enforcements on all manner of leaking platforms to get my copyrighted content removed, VRChat accounts disabled, or sufficient action.

I do not. I believe that taking bad reviews into consideration and resolving the issue if possible is important to a shop's integrity. [i.e., Sacred Mechanisms has a bad review because he did not upload due to high texture memory. I updated all packages to have better texture memory.]

The only time a review is taken down is under two conditions:

Your email address, Discord username, and Payhip customer ID are collected by default and may be used for license verification. In such cases, creators within the team may use this information to prevent further purchases or distribution of their work.

Customer information may be reviewed as part of the license verification process. Orders are only placed on hold when the information provided is clearly invalid, unusable, or does not meet the requirements stated at checkout, such as entering responses like “me” or “no” in required Discord or VRChat fields.

You are not required to provide your real name at checkout if you do not wish to. For license verification purposes, the relevant information is your Discord username and VRChat account information.

Sellers are responsible for determining what questions or information they request from customers as part of a purchase. If you are uncomfortable providing information requested by a seller, you are not required to complete the purchase.

I cannot access your full payment card number, CVV, or other payment credentials through the checkout process. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor, and I do not have access to your full card details or other sensitive payment information.
